CONFESSIONS OF A TRUE SHOE-HOLIC!!!

As a growing kid, my favourite, all time book was CINDERELLA. In fact, i just love that book. i remember requesting for that book any time my mum wanted to read to me... So many years have gone by since the days i used to sleep reading my CINDERELLA TALES. Now, after losing all those baby teeth, gained some boobs and booty, my favourite disney character still remains CINDERELLA!!! WHY???? COS CINDERELLA IS A LIVING PROOF THAT THE RIGHT PAIR OF SHOES MAY CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER

Okay, i know you are thinking, which total dumb ass will believe a make believe story like cinderella. But a person who loves shoes like i do needs to justify her reasons for buying those shoes and that is my reason( quite annoying reason though)

I LOVE SHOES... I have them in all shapes and colours.RED, YELLOW,ORANGE...Just name it. Think of a colour, i know i'd have it. I LOVE HIGH HEELS,FLAT SLIPPERS,SANDALS,GLADIATORS...JUST NAME EM. I own shoes i have never worn and will never wear from the looks of it. Last week, my best friend went into a fit and gave me a long lecture for buying a new shoe after i announced my broke status. She counted my shoes and we came up with 78 pairs of shoes!!! 8 unworn shoes. That means, i have bought 50 new shoes since the year begun and 20 from last year. whew!!! that is a lot of shoes!!!

But, i'm telling you, it is worth it. Lat two weeks, something very interesting happened. It was a monday morning, was wearing a brand new pink shoes i bought over the weekend , a beautiful black dress and walking down the street from my offfice. There was a long traffic so i decided to go to RHAPSODY'S ( a very affluent pub, near my office. i love the place but i hate their price. I mean why should i pay 8GHC for a drink. but that dat, i guess my shoes made me super hyped up)

Any which way, i went to th pub, relaxed, ordered a drink and decided to think about the price whilst drinking( i wonder why i didnt think about the price whilst i was ordering) well, just i was sipping and dreaming, i heard a male voice behind me.HI,he said. i turned around to see this gorgeous, rich looking dude behind me. Hi, i said back. giving him one of my multi million smiles. ermm, he said, i saw ur shoes and i just knew i had to tell u this.YOU GOT TASTE!!! hahahaa... so the 70GHC i threw away just cos of these shoes were worth it.

well, we exchanged numbers after a very good conversations and lots of drinks( which he insisting on paying for) WE EXCHANGED PHONE NUMBERS.and i later found out that he is the country manager for one of the major banks in the country and very young and still available. Anyway, i'm not looking at the personal side. this is very good for business ( i am a sales exec for a tv station)

NOW DO YOU AGREE WITH ME THAT THE RIGHT PAIR OF SHOES MIGHT CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER??? WILL YOU COMPLAIN WHEN I BUY THE NEXT PAIR OF SHOES???(THAT MIGHT BE TOMORROW THO)
